The 10% deposit taken at the time of booking is non-refundable.<\/p><p>3) If the reservation is canceled by DAPHNE PERA before the start of the accommodation due to a reason not caused by the consumer, the CONSUMER will agree to the terms of 7.1. may use the optional rights specified in the article.<\/p><p>4) If it is determined that DAPHNE PERA does not or cannot fulfill an important obligation after the accommodation starts, DAPHNE PERA offers alternative arrangements that do not cause additional costs to the CONSUMER for the continuation of the accommodation and compensates the CONSUMER for the difference between the services offered and the services offered. The CONSUMER may withdraw from the contract by not accepting the alternative arrangement. In this case, DAPHNE PERA&#8217;s right to charge a fee ends and the payments made are refunded within fourteen days at the latest, if the participant has paid cash as of the date of withdrawal from the contract. However, DAPHNE PERA may demand an appropriate compensation from the consumer for the actions it has performed up to that point, as long as it benefits from the service.<\/p><p>5) The CONSUMER has the right to terminate the contract unilaterally, provided that it notifies DAPHNE PERA in writing or with a permanent data keeper. If this termination is notified at least 20 days before the start of the stay; The reservation is canceled without any deduction, excluding the costs arising from 10% deposit, obligatory taxes, fees and similar legal obligations.<\/p><p>6) For the consumer or his first degree relatives; Force majeure situations in the laws, severe accident, serious illness requiring treatment, death situations that prevent the consumer from fulfilling any of the provisions of DAPHNE PERA APART ACCOMMODATION AGREEMENT are considered force majeure for the CONSUMER. The consumer has to prove the existence of force majeure with a valid document to be obtained from official institutions.<\/p><p>10% deposit, obligatory tax, fee, etc., if the consumer makes a written or permanent notification of termination, less than 20 days before the start of the stay, due to a situation that he could not foresee and prevent despite all due diligence, or due to force majeure reasons specified in this article. The reservation is canceled without any deduction, excluding the costs arising from legal obligations and the non-refundable costs that can be paid and documented to third parties.<\/p><p>7) The CONSUMER can transfer the accommodation to the person he\/she wants until 7 days before the service starts. The transferee is responsible for the balance and all costs arising from the transfer together with the transferor. The CONSUMER is obliged to submit all cancellation\/transfer requests in writing to DAPHNE PERA before the start of the service.<\/p><p>8) DAPHNE PERA has the right to cancel all reservations and services made on behalf of the consumer after 24 hours, if the CONSUMER does not notify in writing that he will participate in the service that he missed the beginning of. No refund will be made to the CONSUMER for such cancellations.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>This contract has been drawn up in English, Arabic, French and Turkish, and the Turkish translation will be taken as r\u00e9siliation du contrat. Rezervasyon s\u0131ras\u0131nda al\u0131nan %10 depozito iade edilmez.<\/p><p>3) T\u00fcketiciden kaynaklanmayan bir sebepten dolay\u0131 DAPHNE PERA taraf\u0131ndan konaklama ba\u015flamadan \u00f6nce rezervasyonun iptal edilmesi halinde, T\u00dcKET\u0130C\u0130 s\u00f6zle\u015fmenin 7.1. maddesinde belirtilen se\u00e7imlik haklar\u0131 kullanabilir.<\/p><p>4) DAPHNE PERA&#8217;NIN konaklama ba\u015flad\u0131ktan sonra \u00f6nemli bir y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc yerine getirmedi\u011fi veya getiremeyece\u011fi tespit edilirse, DAPHNE PERA konaklaman\u0131n devam etmesi i\u00e7in T\u00dcKET\u0130C\u0130YE ilave maliyet getirmeyen e\u015fde\u011ferde alternatif d\u00fczenlemeler sunar ve T\u00dcKET\u0130C\u0130YE teklif edilen hizmetlerle sunulan hizmetler aras\u0131ndaki fark\u0131 tazmin eder. T\u00dcKET\u0130C\u0130 alternatif d\u00fczenlemeyi kabul etmeyerek s\u00f6zle\u015fmeden d\u00f6nebilir. Bu halde DAPHNE PERA&#8217;NIN \u00fccret talep etme hakk\u0131 sona erer ve yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olan \u00f6demeler s\u00f6zle\u015fmeden d\u00f6n\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc tarihten itibaren kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131ya nakit \u00f6demi\u015fse en ge\u00e7 on d\u00f6rt g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde iade edilir. Ancak DAPHNE PERA o ana kadar ifa etmi\u015f oldu\u011fu edimler i\u00e7in t\u00fcketiciden hizmetten faydaland\u0131\u011f\u0131 oranda uygun bir kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k talep edebilir.<\/p><p>5) T\u00dcKET\u0130C\u0130N\u0130N, DAPHNE PERA&#8217;ya yaz\u0131l\u0131 olarak veya kal\u0131c\u0131 veri saklay\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 ile bildirmek kayd\u0131yla s\u00f6zle\u015fmeyi tek tarafl\u0131 fesih hakk\u0131 bulunmaktad\u0131r. Bu feshin konaklaman\u0131n ba\u015flamas\u0131ndan en az 20 g\u00fcn \u00f6nce bildirilmesi halinde; %10 depozito, \u00f6denmesi zorunlu vergi, har\u00e7 ve benzeri yasal y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fcklerden do\u011fan masraflar hari\u00e7 olmak \u00fczere, herhangi bir kesinti yap\u0131lmaks\u0131z\u0131n rezervasyon iptal edilir.<\/p><p>6) T\u00fcketici veya birinci derecede akrabalar\u0131 i\u00e7in; kanunlarda yer alan m\u00fccbir sebep halleri, t\u00fcketicinin, DAPHNE PERA APART KONAKLAMA S\u00d6ZLE\u015eMES\u0130 h\u00fck\u00fcmlerinden herhangi birinin yerine getirilmesine engel olacak derecedeki a\u011f\u0131r kaza, tedavi gerektiren a\u011f\u0131r hastal\u0131k, \u00f6l\u00fcm halleri T\u00dcKET\u0130C\u0130 i\u00e7in m\u00fccbir sebep hali kabul edilir. T\u00fcketici, m\u00fccbir sebebin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 resmi kurumlardan al\u0131nacak ge\u00e7erli belge ile ispatlamak zorundad\u0131r.<\/p><p>T\u00fcketicinin gerekli t\u00fcm \u00f6zeni g\u00f6stermesine ra\u011fmen \u00f6ng\u00f6remedi\u011fi ve engelleyemedi\u011fi bir durum veya bu maddede belirtilen m\u00fccbir sebep nedenleri ile konaklaman\u0131n ba\u015flamas\u0131na 20 g\u00fcnden daha az bir s\u00fcre kala, yaz\u0131l\u0131 veya kal\u0131c\u0131 veri saklay\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 ile fesih bildiriminde bulunmas\u0131 halinde %10 depozito, \u00f6denmesi zorunlu vergi, har\u00e7 v.b. yasal y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fcklerden do\u011fan masraflar ile 3. Ki\u015filere \u00f6denip belgelendirilebilen ve iadesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmayan bedeller hari\u00e7 olmak \u00fczere, herhangi bir kesinti yap\u0131lmaks\u0131z\u0131n rezervasyon iptal edilir.<\/p><p>7) T\u00dcKET\u0130C\u0130, hizmetin ba\u015flamas\u0131na tam 7 g\u00fcn \u00f6ncesine kadar konaklamay\u0131 istedi\u011fi ki\u015fiye devredebilir. Devralan, bakiye ve devir sebebiyle do\u011fan t\u00fcm masraflardan devreden ile beraber sorumludur.
